• We work to keep listings, photos, mileage, equipment, and prices accurate, but errors occur. Listings may contain inaccuracies or omissions, and a listing or price error does not obligate us to honor it. Please verify all details and the price with us before purchase.
• Vehicle photos are of the actual vehicle where possible; some images, options, or colors may be representative.

3. Financing & Payment Estimates

• Any pre-approval, rate, term, or monthly-payment figure shown on the Site is an estimate for illustration only and is not an offer or commitment to lend.
• All financing is subject to credit approval. Actual terms (APR, down payment, term, and payment) depend on your creditworthiness, the lender, the vehicle, and other factors, and are set out in your final financing documents.
• Credit applications are processed by our third-party provider (DealerCenter) and participating lenders under their own terms.
• The payment calculator uses assumptions you select (or defaults) and does not reflect taxes, fees, or any specific lender offer.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Nationwide delivery may be available for an additional cost and is subject to location, carrier availability, and a separate agreement. Delivery timelines are estimates.

5. Reviews & Testimonials

Reviews and ratings displayed on the Site reflect the experiences of individual customers and are sourced from third-party platforms such as Google. Individual results and experiences may vary.

6. Submissions & Communications

Information you submit must be accurate and your own. By submitting a form with your phone number, you consent to be contacted as described in our Privacy Policy. Consent to contact is not a condition of any purchase.
